Enrollment Procedure

At The Smart School, we follow a policy of continuous enrollment, accepting applications throughout the year based on seat availability.

To initiate the admission process:

  • Visit the campus to complete and submit the official admission form.
  • Upon registration, an appointment card will be issued for the admission test.
  • A parent interview is scheduled and conducted by the School Head.

Please note:

  • The registration fee is non-refundable and payable at the time of form submission.
  • Registration does not guarantee admission; final approval is subject to the outcome of the admission test and interview.

Transfer Facility

The Smart School offers a convenient Inter-School, Inter-City, and Inter-Region transfer facility for enrolled students. To request a transfer, please follow the steps below:

Submit a written application to the School Head requesting the transfer.

Ensure that all outstanding dues are cleared.

Pay the applicable transfer fee based on the type of transfer requested.

Admission Test and Interview

As part of the admission process:

  • Students are required to take an age-appropriate, skills-based diagnostic test.
  • While the student completes the test, an interactive session with the parents is conducted by the School Head.

This interview helps establish a strong home-school partnership by fostering communication and understanding between the school and the family.

Admission Formalities

When the eligibility for admission is determined by the School Head, the parents are required to submit the documentation, which includes;

Required Documents

  • Attested Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • Attested Photocopy of Form B or Smart Card
  • Attested Photocopies of CNIC of both parents/guardian
  • Photocopy of School Leaving Certificate from previous schools (if applicable) along with the Result Card of last examination taken from previous school (if applicable)
  • 2 latest passport-sized photographs with 2 self-addressed envelopes

Once the payment of the fee challan is provided along with or before the due date with the admission formalities fulfilled, the child is then eligible to attend the school. The Smart School uniform and book lists are provided to the parents after the completion of the admission process.
